Safe Mauritius

Travellers are required, under Mauritian law, to complete the Health Declaration Form before travelling to Mauritius. Proof of completion of the form will be required at boarding. Refusal to complete the form, or knowingly providing false information, may result in a fine of up to MUR 500,000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years.

The Health Declaration Form is completely free of charge and the Government of Mauritius does not charge any fee for this form. Data collected for the purpose of immigration and health surveillance complies with our Data Protection Act.
